A native monofloral honey collected from areas abundant with flowering mānuka — yielding a higher concentration of the naturally occurring compound (Methylglyoxal) to which it owes its coveted properties and taste.
Profile: Thyme, caramel, cinnamon, fresh pine sap.
Earthy, nutty, spicy — a unique, robust honey with a lingering finish.
Store jar well-sealed at room temperature away from heat, direct sunlight, and moisture. Honey is naturally a shelf stable product — exposure to moisture can lead to fermentation.
Unpasteurised food product. Do not feed to infants under 12 months of age.
